Chair: Chairing meetings, helping the committee to work together as a team, having an overview of the work of the group and being the main contact person for the group.
Vice chair: to support the chair in their role and deputise as appropriate.
Secretary: taking minutes at meeting, keeping people informed, receiving and responding to information and dealing emails and letters with regards to the running and upkeep of the centre.
Treasurer: day-to-day responsibility for looking after the group’s money, keeping financial records for the group and keeping the committee informed about finances. Our treasurer also supports the centre with maintaining health and safety requirements and records.
Booking officer: responsible for dealing with booking enquiries, responding and booking people in as appropriate and also ensuring invoices are sent to claim payment for the hires.
